She does everything for the tenants and the kid's more for the kids And Sue really try to keep the building Clean of all the garbage.. Now new people have bought the building god knows how the rent will go up...
K	Kay Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charging condo prices for community housing living. Building is under construction which I can deal with but the cockroach plaugued stairwells and wellfair case neighbours are not worth the extortion price of living.

R	Renea Symons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is the best building, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the building manager Susan is the sweetest and she loves children always organizing stuff in the lobby, Christmas she has Santa there and kids get to get a picture, plus fun activates, Halloween is amazing, they become like family, this building I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a family oriented safe building. This building is very safe and the building manager goes over and beyond to insure the safety to the tenants. Also I have never had any issues with any bugs, the building is very clean I always see staff mopping floors etc. The elevators are very fast I never wait longer than a minute in the mornings. The apartments with South view have a great view, there also is renovated units in the building that are modern. I love this building and the Staff so happy to call this place home <3

Always helpful and reasonable, and it has been a pleasure having them as the site Managers. 5 Stars! Only saving grace of this place! 1) Some inhabitants of the building refuse to practice cleanliness and maintain this SHARED SPACE! 2) Building needs reno to windows, heating system and plumbing asap
S	Sachin Bhat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Horrible Horrible. This is the worst building with one of the worst management I have ever seen.A management that doesn't care about the tenants at all. I had serious bed bug problems in my apartment and after continued follow ups the pest control came to spray only to tell us that we need to keep all our stuff packed till the second spray session happens and guess what, it's been more than 4 weeks, the house is all packed up and they never came, management has forgotten to take calls , nobody replies on the emails even the head office number has no operator, this is really non- sense. I AM GOING TO THE BOARD TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS.

AVOID Update: Since I got a reply from Greenwin asking for the concerns, thought of updating it here (actually it would have been a better if you took action on the concerns while I was staying there) 1) Bed bugs: The building has serious bed bug infestation. I complained and your service is limited to just spraying some insecticide which never got rid of them. I survived by sealing all the all the entry points and using insecticide occasionally (which is very inconvenient) 2) Roaches: Same with the case of bed bugs, I had to get it done by myself. 3) Frequent water outages. 4) Had heating issues during winter. 5) Once you sign the contract, you are on your own the caretaker actually doesn't care about you anymore, Towards the end of my tenure I had to wait more than 30 - 40 minutes outside the office to meet them and often had to face unwelcoming attitude.
