M	Monsur Chowdhury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will loose at least 20$ in washing machine. Just for one wash. Its just pay 2.75 dollar in each and see which one works and doesn’t. The dryer 1 or 2 works out of many. And the process of finding it is just lose your money and time and see if it works or not.
B	Booyaka Stubbs (ExplorewithStubbs.com) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems like they are trying to upgrade the apartments here as there are new appliances being put into the units. We have seen fridges, ovens, toilets, plumbing and countertop refinishing. Kinda feels and looks a little too late as the building from the outside to inside needs repairs. Parking garage needs to be updated in a bad way as the ceiling leaks and drips concrete onto the cars. Lightning could be better too. Just has an overall ghetto look and feel to it, people seem to ignore their surroundings and don't help out and keep it tidy. I see the maintenance and cleaning people running around like crazy to keep up. I hope they get on top of things and they work out, as I said, everyone needs to pitch in...

The lady called Elizabeth in rental office is soo rude to answer the questions and not giving enough time to check the flat. Flat is looking ok, drawers in kitchen are not proper. Balcony is pathetic. Building premises are not well maintained except lobby. After reading the comments, i feel like not renting here!!.
L	Lol Lol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both the ladies at rental office are very rude. No proper response to any questions. Went to ask about the place and was given rental application without even showing the apartment and it was an open house. Same when I went the second time. When they did show me the apartment it's not clean. Stains and cockroaches everywhere. Same day, I went to look at another apartment in a near by building and the rental office guy was really nice, showed every corner and answered all my questions. Decided to not take at crescent place only because of rental office response. It just goes onto show that they don’t care about tenants.

I have been shelling out dollars like anything switching from one dryer to another , getting all the clothes back wet n half dried each time. Management tells to call the laundry customer care and no one picks up phone at coinamatic. So who is going to address the problem?
R	Rachna sohal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doing Laundry in this building is no less than a battle, you win when u succeed in picking the drier that works. Sharing my today's experience when I had to switch to 4 different driers and finally bridging the half dried clothes back. Now I am in a fix so as to how to dry them. Shelled 15 cad for a family of 4 and I do this twice a week. How heavy is this on my pocket? Who is responsible? Waiting for response.
R	Rand B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review was written on Wednesday, September 15th, 2021. I came home last night to find my bathtub filling up with water. I woke up this morning and now my bathtub is filled and overflowing. My toilet is blocked and I have been removing water from my bathtub and pouring it into the bathroom sink with a bucket. As I do that, my toilet is filling up with water and water is flowing from underneath of it. It is now 5:04 AM. I have been up since 4:00 AM. By the time the management office opens, my apartment will likely be flooded. I am wearing my boots in preparation for the water. This is not the first time that I have had flooding in my apartment, but this is the worst. My kitchen sink occasionally overflows. My bathroom ceiling caved in due to flooding at one time. The infrastructure of this building has been crumbling for years. The recent cosmetic fixes are coverups. It is a shame that Pinedale Properties did not start taking care of this place years ago. It would have been a great place to live. Sadly, I cannot recommend renting and living here. Edit: These photos were taken on Wednesday, September 15th, 2021. For some reason, the date of the photographs is showing as 2015 on google.
B	Brendan Kinnon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for 11 crescent place - but I would never rent from any Pinedale Property again. Fire alarms go off for 30 minutes at a time but no fires in the building. Doors into the building had broken locks. Mailboxes get broken into. Cockroach infestation. And there’s ants in the summer. There’s also random drilling that happens all the time - it sounded like someone was drilling through the concrete into our unit. No warning or update of what was going on we just had to deal with it. Superintendent was no help when things were broken in unit. Would not recommend moving here. UPDATE from comment below I lived there for 5 years and the alarms went off for that full time - they are "fixing" it now, but alarms still go off. No notice was ever given about the drilling which lasted months.
