★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very efficient and tbey move on tasks promptly. Very happy in my new home and my neighbors are friendly and considerate re Covid-19.
The grounds are well maintained. Still on the waiting list for a storage unit.
Overall super.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an absolutely horrible experience with this property and the management staff. Admin staff would not respond to emails or calls, and had poor communication with disruptions throughout the entire building. Little to no heating available in the Winter time and there was only one elevator in service for five months with no timeline for repair. Most recently, several of the tenants would not abide by COVID guidelines/wear masks. Even though the location was great, the bad far outweighed the good. Would not recommend this building at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is in a great location and large units; however, it has gone drastically downhill over the last 18mo -2.5 yrs. The building care has nose dived by the bldg mgt, a couple problem tenants (one above me) where there has been NO actions for 6 yrs on their behaviour.,
Greenwin would increase rent significantly over the regulated % every other year without seeing much action. Increasing pigeon problem over last 3 yrs, no action, no on-site staff, tenants not caring and leaving the laundry and other areas dirty or cleaning up after themselves.
Other than the tenant above me and a couple others, it was a nice building when I moved in. Rumour has it that the building or management company has just changed but have not received any update from Greenwin, Starlight or whomever is the new ...???.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last few years this building has been unbearable. 2 stars for the only postives which are location and unit sizes.
If peace and quiet is what you value, this isn't the building for you. Walls are very thin, tenants are very loud and new management has decided to undergo unnecessary renos causing even more noise disruption. I'm certain they will use this to raise our rent above regulated percent.
A few other negatives to mention - serious pigeon problem, laundry machines are horrible and a complete waste of money, 1 of 2 elevators used to never work (its now hit or miss), garbage is often overflowing outside, new prop management is not very responsive (dealing previously with greenwin, this is nothing new).
Unfortunate to see the downward spiral of this building, and see no hope for it getting better.
