I've had my locs for 11 years and during the pandemic they started breaking to the point that I had a little afro. I booked a repair appointment with her and Let . Me . Tell . You .
Her work is all you ever NEED in your life if you have dreads. I actually wish I found her sooner. She repaired my ends and gave me a crochet retwist (instant lock) to the roots. My thinning dreads are no longer thin. I absolutely LOVE it.
If you have dreads, you know it's hard to choose a new loctician. I'm happy I made such a wonderful choice. No regrets whatsoever. Her prices are reasonable, her studio is clean and calming, and she's such a delight.
Will DEFINITELY return. Check her out on ig @dominionlocs.

β β β β β The work is generally 6 out of 10 but what is worse is that dreadlocks is not her profession and therefore you should not expect a professional behavior. Over my one year of being a customer all my maintenance sessions were over charged. Sometimes up to 70$!!! And although I was ALWAYS charged extra she eventually mentioned my locs are extra small( over 7 inches) and she wonβt continue because she has never charged me for the service my hair requires. Also she has this policy if you cancel the session less than a day she will charge you the deposit but she DEFINITELY will cancel your session a few hours before the session. She also first asked for 1000$ for first time locs then reduced to 700$ but what I didnβt realized was that her unexperienced daughter is going to do it for me and after a year my locs are still not fully formed. It was after the first session when her daughter told me she is a beginner and I should reach out to her mom.
The photos I have attached are 10 days after a so called maintenance. And if you pay attention even roots are unlocked are already. I have paid her almost 2000$ so far and still locs are not formed!!!!!!! TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS!!
Again, as this is not her primary profession, she wonβt behave professionally. If anyone else is also falling for FAKE reviews, just email me cause I just found someone who has a shop and is an actual loctician.
