★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been told you must keep your valuables in a closet in your room, I have been taught a lesson, but not only do you have to keep them in a closet you should keep the valuables at home in a safe as the cleaning staff will remove your valuables from your room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the updates they've done to the entire building, staff is friendly and rooms are comfy. Only thing that bugs me is that you cannot check in till a certain time. We got there at noon and had to wonder around aimlessly till we were able to check in. Was tired from traveling and just wanted to lay down before I got some shopping done for my children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars because it’s not a 5 star hotel per se. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was a nice treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great central location. Staff all very friendly. The hotel offers a good buffet style continental breakfast as complementary. We had a double on the 3rd overlooking the mall and river side. The windows are one way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was pleasantly surprised by the room. Loved the walk-in shower. Getting up in our age and hubby having mobility issues, it was nice that our room was close to the elevator. Chairs were comfortable, even the desk chair. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough good things about my experience so far. Check in was quick and easy with super friendly staff. Our room was immaculate. The bath tub is a large soaker tub which was really nice. Great shower with lots of pressure. Went down for breakfast and loved the waffles. The lady working in the breakfast room was friendly, made breakfast for a couple different people besides keeping the room spotless. Over all a great experience so far and we will definitely be back!
