Our guy encouraged us to go with Whirlpool and we've had zero problems to this day with all three appliances, so great advise. Going back soon to grab a new laundry set probably going to go Whirlpool again unless research tells me otherwise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff. Worked to find what my cousin was after. Offered alternates and showed us stuff that was available through the enormous on-line catalogue they have. Very slick! Great selection and reasonable priced considering there is limited options in PR!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had great customer service from the staff at this location. We have shopped there many times and have not had a bad experience yet. Plus, the sales staff will leave you alone to shop, if you ask them. They offer shipping services and also aboriginal discounts. It is great to have such a great store in this small town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered over $9000 in furniture and were told it would be 4 to 6 weeks for it to arrive and be delivered. We called today to find out what was happening, and were told it was going to be another 6 to 8 weeks. I have never dealt with such extremely poor customer service. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and shop elsewhere. They have no idea what's going on, where any of our furniture is or when it's going to arrive. Our furniture should have been here end of June, now it's looking like maybe August!

Our fridge went and we drove all the way to terrace because it was a Sunday, their prices in terrace didn't even come close to compare with city furniture. The city furniture not only came in on a Sunday to help us, we found a better fridge for even better price!!! And it was delivered. No question where I will be going for any of my appliance or furniture needs. So grateful for the amazing Staff and customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually a great place but the staff that was assisting us that day was walking way too far ahead to understand what he was explaining then he would be gone off to the next one leaving us.
Felt like he was rushing us and wasn't interested in assisting us. Disappointing.
