β β β β β My boyfriend & I came to PR for a little get away & weren't disappointed! This room and the view was out of this world, I've honestly never been in such awe over a view from my hotel room. Thank you to the staff at the desk, although we had difficulties I appreciate the patience you had with me & the situation! 10/10 recommend!

β β β β β As soon as I walked into the lobby at the Crest hotel I felt taken care of by George. He is extremely professional and efficient. The type of service you expect at a Four Seasons resort. Both check in, check out and everything in between was handled seamlessly by George.
At the restaurant I was highly impressed by Amir who handled the entire lunch rush flawlessly while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.
My room at the Crest was beautiful and thoroughly cleaned. The cleaning team does not miss an inch.
I will be returning to the Crest again due to the wonderful hospitality I received this trip.

β β β β β The rooms were old, but okay. The beds were not comfy, gave me a back pain in the 2 nights I said. I wouldn't like to pay $200/night for that again, but they are the best in city.
No AC in the rooms, just open the windows and there's plenty of wind as its right beside the water. My ocean front room was more like parking lot front with water in way back.
Hotel staff as in front desk agent was below average. Both at check in and check out. When I walked in the hotel, the man pointed at his face to tell me to put on a mask. So I walked back out to my car to get my mask and came back in. Didn't get any response from him about that during check in. A thank you would have been nice. Asked me for my credit card and told me where the elevator was. I had to ask him about the restaurant/lounge as I could see it across the lobby. Then he proceeded to tell me about them.
The whole time there was a lady beside me wirhout a mask. After I was done she then asked for a mask to the front desk guy. The man had very quick change of tone and gave her a mask. I couldn't but notice the obvious. But okay I won't play that race card.
But I could not stop thinking about it the whole time I stayed here.
What made up for this behavior was the waterfront restaurant. The food was amazing and staff there was amazing. They are expensive but definitely worth it. I'd stay here just for the food, best in the city.

β β β β β We really enjoyed our stay here for a couple of nights. We arrived with a travel trailer on a fully booked night. Scott was able to make room for us and helped us get parked. Food and cocktails were both excellent. Bed was a bit soft for my wife and I, but we both enjoy a really firm sleep. Hot tub has a great view onto the harbour. Definitely would return to this hotel!

β β β β β My best friend and I go to the Crest for breakfast. They serve the best eggs Benedict. The ocean view doesn't hurt either. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
