delivery person even put it up high for me to see it at first glance 6ft off the ground. nice!!!

Everyone’s at home and they say customer not there to receive order
They dont have an office where we can call at they’re a low budget company that actually has a deal with staples to deliver their products
Disgusting
They dont even deserve a star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should not have the word "precision" in their name as there is nothing precise about what they do. Package has been stuck inbound to delivery hub for days now and everytime I try contacting the company they don't reply. Genuinely the worst shipping experience I've had with a company. No idea why staples uses them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn’t even buzz or knock on the door. They put nobody was home to receive the order. They don’t leave a piece of paper either saying where you can pick your order up. I can’t find any contact info except for an email address. This delivery company is terrible. I will not be ordering anything online from Staples again. They don’t even deserve the 1 star you HAVE to put in order to write a review.

They attempted to deliver 3 times before returning the package at the store without telling me that there would be no more attempts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like I am not the only person with the same issue. Ordered an item from Staples, and the delivery company did two delivery attempts already, both marked as “unable to deliver, customer is not at home”.
Well, I am working from home, my phone number and the buzzer code are indicated directly in my shipping address information. No one even tried to call the buzzer or my cell.
This is ridiculous, I have packages delivered by different companies on a regular basis and never had this issue before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staples has the information they delivered but is not true.
They give false information about hours.
They said they came in business hours, but they deliver part of the packages after 6pm. But recorded different in the tracking.
And that they delivered today around 1pm but no one knocked the door or called me to the phone in the order (I go nothing! I lose something for a value of more than 130 dollars.
I dont understand from where is the PRECISION in the name...
