★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I scheduled my move from Canada to Belgium more than 2 months in advance, however, they only notified their partner company in Belgium after the ship had shipped (a week before scheduled arrival), so all the paperwork that was necessary on the Belgian side was started way too late, resulting in delays and additional costs. They refuse to acknowledge their own error, even though the Belgian company clearly said this is not the normal way of working.
Poor service and poor communication about the necessary paperwork, not recommended at all.
UPDATE: after posting my original review, they've contacted me and covered some of the extra costs I incurred. Glad to see a bit more professionalism than before, shame it takes a bad review to get things done.

Barbara Goufas was wonderful to help out with any paperwork required and was absolutely pleasant to talk to about any concerns. The whole team made my transition an easy one and I did not feel any stress or insecurity regarding them handling my most precious contents. Go Transport Canada are professionals with a heart and I would never contemplate on searching elsewhere for a reliable company for any move, anywhere in the world. Thank you for the utmost professionalism and personal touch.

They found a container to move my house-goods in a time of heavy demand which indicates they have well placed connections. Very pleased at all levels especially with being kept well informed. Highly recommended.

Their impeccable service took care of all the practical details and let us worry only about the more personal/sentimental stuff. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking to transport a whole container of things across the ocean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had them as local transporter when i shift my goods from Dubai and guess what:
- Goods sent Feb 27th and arrived in July!!! just WAW
- missing items and very unprofessional team in term of update.
I follow up with them several time and no satisfactory answer ...
Please stay away from them and if you have the bad luck to deal with them make sure to have a very comprehensive insurance .

We found them very efficient and responsive, thanks go out to the entire GOT team, especially Michelle Cain, their Traffic Coordinator who guided us through the whole process, particularly the Customs clearance.
