I'd like to mention that they have great customer service. Suzanne Kehren that manage our account is very professional and always available to answer our questions. Using Freightcom has really help us saving time and money.

Megan did a fantastic job with our problem and solved it quickly for our client. Would always recommend Freightcom and Clickship to anyone. for any LTL they have the most competitive prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great prices, but impossible to follow a claim. If ever your packages are lost or destroyed, Freightcom will ask you to file a claim on their website, but they don't let you upload any pictures or receipts. They will request again and again the pictures by email, but if you send them by email, they ignore them and ask again to upload on their non-functionning Claims page. Really frustrating to go back and forth with them by email only to be refused all claims.

Such a valuable service for a business of any size, and wouldn't be able to run my business as smoothly without Freightcom. Ask for Alex!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely happy switching my service over to freightcom as I was using Canada Post previously - rates came in substantially cheaper and the customer service is 10 x better. Extremely happy with my account representative tentativeness to the account set up process and first week suing Freightcom as a service. Way to go Patrick P!
Would highly recommend checking these folks out if you are looking to save on freight.
