Perhaps it was from my two star review, the customer service guy (or maybe the owner) verbally attacked me. At no point did I lose my manner or used improper language during phone calls or emails. I simply asked them to email my invoice. After that I asked them to tell me what parts they used for the springs and also fix the dollar amount and date on the invoice since they entered incorrectly. I don't see how that's ridiculous? And yet, that's what he shouted at me calling me the most ridiculous person when he called me back. This is the very first time I got personal attack from a business. Original review on the day of service: Broken spring replacement: They were one hour late for the original appointment and way overpriced. That being said the repair was quick.

When you called them how much is the labour they never mentioned $370, He keep saying $185/hr . It was very misleading ! We normally used different garage repair and only pay around $150-250 on average. They never over an hour to repair the garage door. So it is very shocking to received almost $580 bill. The owner was very intimidating when you are questioning him. It scared me!!!

He explained all the costs before starting the repairs, and we found they were quite reasonable. He finished the repairs in a timely fashion. There was a problem within a few days, and when we called, the same technician came back within thirty minutes and fixed it at no charge. I would recommend this company if you need a garage door repair.
