★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a customer whom we had action install a garage door for. To begin the garage door had several scratches on it and they had come out to fix this, which was fine. After there is still damage on the garage door, it was not sealed properly and there is bubbling all over the metal. I have reached out to Bruce countless times as well as spoken to the front desk over the last few months only to not receive a call back or be assured by the front desk they would call me back. After having to call over and over and leaving countless voicemails. Once I FINALLY spoke to Bruce about 2 months ago and had been assured someone will be out to rectify the problem ASAP. They had claimed someone had gone out to the home and no one was home and they never reached out to the home owner or myself to schedule a time to rectify the problems. Action didnt even bother to tell me that they had went there I had to call and get this information from the front desk. The home owner reached out to tell me that no one had contacted him from Action and no one showed up. Now after reaching out AGAIN months later I received Bruce's voicemail and haven't heard anything back and I highly doubt I will. I would NOT recommend Action Doors to anyone and we will NOT be doing any work with them in the future. The customer service is completely unacceptable and work done was never completed or done properly and they just clearly dont care about their customers. Very disappointing we gave them any business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technician came to my home and said I wouldn't be charged for the visit as I would get them to install new unit, only to find a charge on my credit card and it took 2 days for anyone to get back to me to book the install. I called several times to book the install and was transferred only to keep getting voice mails. I would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist, Melissa, was such a joy to speak with this morning, when my garage door broke. She was professional and organised an emergency call straight away. Calvin, just finished a job around the corner, and arrived within 2 minutes (how lucky for me!!). He was also cheerful, professional and repaired the door quickly. He didn't hesitate to help me move items in the way, and gave me tips on future garage maintenance. Thank you both so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Action Door Services did an amazing job fixing my broken garage door 17 years ago. Luckily they put a sticker on the door so when a cable broke last week I called the number and they came the next day and fixed it right away. It seemed like I had bent the door by opening it and I thought they would have to replace the whole thing. I was so happy when it was a quick and inexpensive fix. I can see why they are still in business all these years. They are amazing and I would highly recommend them!
