We called them and within 30 minutes a technician called me and then within the hour was over at my house (which is what many reviews also said). There was no pressure to get work done right away and he offered if I wanted to shop around for a sale I could do that. He informed me of exactly what was happening and what the best solution was and different price points for it. The price was reasonable (from what I was told by others it was on the cheaper side from calling around). I also really liked that their service call price was very low- therefore I felt good asking them to come by to assess the problem (like a low risk come see what's going on call). After he arrived, the problem was fixed within an hour. Would highly recommend and I get why it's 5 stars!

He showed up within 15 minutes of my first call, tried replacing a part but upon realizing that it still wasn't working properly, decided that a new motor was required. He did not charge me anything for his first visit, returned promptly upon receiving the new motor a few days later, and fixed it up perfectly. He guided me through setting up the new app, program all of my remotes, and even volunteered to change the burned out lightbulb in my garage! Friendly, and outstanding service. A+ !
