I was nervous to leave my 8yo Shepherd cross because I’d never left him at daycare or boarded him before. He’s stayed with friends while I travelled, but nothing quite like this. We went for a meet and greet a few days before we had to take off, and I was immediately put at ease by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took Jak through the whole place and gave him some time with the other pooches in the huge, 2 acre yard before taking me through the facilities for a tour. Everything was super clean and each dog has their own room to sleep in. There’s a legit playground in the yard for all the dogs, and Megan (the owner) assured me that because Jak is an older dog he would get more down time. She’s very intuitive and picked up that Jak is a snuggler, and said that she’d make sure he got a lot of people time as well. They emailed pictures while we were away, and I could see in Jak’s face that he was being well cared for. All the staff loved him and two of them came out to say bye to Jak when we picked him up. He was super happy and had a great nap on the way home. Poochies prices are so fair, and I’m so happy and relieved to know I can leave my doggo in good hands! Thank you!! ??

Every person who works there is totally enthusiastic about playing with the dogs and having a positive vibe. The owners are highly professional and maintain high levels of sanitation and care. I totally recommend Poochies and so does Fred! Woof!

I leave my dog Osa with them from time to time for over-night boarding (up to 10 days) and when I pick her up she is always happy, well fed and tired! They always take a few minutes to let me know how her stay was and I can tell she loves being there. Thank you for making leaving my pup behind a worry-free experience!

I've been to other daycares before where I had no idea how my dog was being treated - but at Poochies before boarding for the first time they actually show you around their beautiful, CLEAN, comfortable facility. When I pick up the boys I can genuinely tell the staff care about the dogs and they're not just another number to them. I intend to be a customer here for a long time to come, nothing but thrilled about the service :) Photo attached... the doggos after a fun play day at Poochies.. play hard sleep hard!

Tara did an excellent job, and the dog and I are both very happy. I wanted the dog to have a half inch coat left, and that is exactly what was done. Plus the rest of her was totally cleaned up and her eyes are back in view again. Great job!

I really enjoy being able to get her nails trimmed or booking her for a bath so it’s a more enjoyable experience for her rather than flailing around trying to bathe her at home.
