Carrie takes time with each dog and handler to help with specific issue or questions. Classes were fun and good mix of real life situations and take home practice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have heard good things about K9 Kind Dog Training, so I took my dog Issy to puppy classes. The class was small and I learned so much on how to train my puppy. The instructors were engaging and helpful and fun. I would recommend taking your puppy/dog to K9 Kind for training or for problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is one of the best decisions I have made as a pet owner. My puppy was fearful of other dogs and I was not sure how to help him with that. By going to the classes we not only learned great skills but he learned to come out of his shell. Now he loves being around other dogs and I can confidently take him to beaches and on trails without him being scared. He is also so well behaved. We learned how to work with him and the relationship we have is closer for it. The instructors are terrific. Their love of dogs really shows and they are so good at their job. I highly recommend the courses here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eleven years ago I got my best friend, Brodie, a fearful rescue dog. Never having had a dog before, I heard about Carrie as being excellent at teaching both dogs and their humans so I enrolled in a beginner class. This evolved into some extra private work. Carrie was able to teach me, my husband and Brodie about having a good respectful relationship and we have had the most amazing 11 1/2 years because of it. It takes a community to grow together and Carrie was the best person I could ever have imagined to help us all. Carrie was kind, calm, enthusiastic and very professional and I highly recommend her for learning how to grow together and learn how to speak "dog".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trainers are very helpful in spotting my errors in training my pup. Lessons are very structured and well planned. Emails before class give us a heads up as to what we will learn this week and how it will unfold. Emails after each lesson provide additional tips and reminders on training at home and on walks, to reinforce what was learned. Training through rewards rather than by scolding or punishing is absolutely the way to go if you love your dog and want to make your life easier with your pooch. Thank you K9 Kind.

Also due to some minor health challenges with our pup they have been flexible with us and helped us find a schedule that worked. Highly recommend.
