J	Jeannie Strohoff-Bourassa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead to make sure that the owner would be at the playground at a specific time so that I could bring my dog for nail clipping. She advised me that she would be there and able to clip my dogs nails. We load our dog into the vehicle for the 25 mins drive. This is a bit of a feat as she is a larger dog with mobility issues. We arrive at the playground.....only to be told that the owner had already left for the day. Very frustrating and disrespectful. My time is just as valuable as yours. If you say that you are will be available at a certain time for a certain service, then make sure that you are there. Don’t waste my time or yours. Personally, I won’t be going back despite my dog loving this location. May this never happen to anyone else.
R	Rick Lyons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to leave your dog for the day. They are well looked after. Drop off your pet and go and you don’t have to worry. Lots of interaction with other dogs. Our dog is excited to go as she has lots of friends to play with.
P	Patrick Capron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daycare is nice. But our puppy did not play a lot and was not really tired at the end of the day. But she was very thirsty... They know dogs and handle them very well. Maybe next time it's going to go better for our puppy

My beagle is well cared, and comes home tired & happy. Excellent socialization with other dogs of all sizes. His favourite days are spent at Fido's Playground.

He always comes home tired and smelling clean (not like I thought he would smell after spending a few hours with other dogs). We've done our puppy class through fidos as well we recommend any course they have to offer here. Very resourceful and instructive. Our training is reinforced while he's at daycare so he doesn't pick up any bad habits. If we have any questions when it come to training or behavioural problems we trust their advice. An amazing alternative for anyone not wanting to keep their pooch in a cage all day while they are at work or maybe have to run errands. Love it here fully recommend.
P	Pat & Mary O'Rourke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been taking our Great Dane, Ella, to Fido's for the past 4 yrs. She was a rescue at 2 yrs old, kicked out of 3 homes before we took her - just a few issues! Cheryl knows and loves dogs, and has an innate ability to "read" what's happening with an animal, so can step in before incidents occur. Because of the great large inside area and fenced outside, the dogs are essentially in a big playground all day, with sleeping areas, so they are free to play or just be themselves, under staff supervision. Taking Ella there was the best thing we could do to socialize her, so she learned how to form relationships with dog of all sizes, and didn't need to go into attack mode. She loves going there as much as we enjoy a day off, knowing we are giving her a different kind of day with her own and without us. She can't wait for us to leave when we drop her off. She even has a good looking "boyfriend" there who loves to play big too. Thanks Cheryl and Steve and staff.
s	sahil sanwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My puppy Ghost use to go at fido, but unfortunately he got sick and doctor has advised to not to send him to day care until he is atleast 1 year old, or else he will continue contracting infections. We had purchased 10 days package before our puppy got sick, out of which we only used 2 or 3 days. Since, this whole situation was unforseen, so my wife requested Fido's management to either extend our package or process refund, as we won't be able to use it as of now. The management has simply refused to accept either of 2 options, which basically means that our money is gone. Disappointed. Reply - i think there some sort of miscommunication then .. My wife was told that package is valid for 90 days and can not be extended. If you can extended it beyond September then there is no issue at all.
