We love this store for their quality items and fair prices. We came into the store to do an exchange and noticed that a jacket that we had purchased was 50% off. We came in at noon and the store had opened at 11 am. Their policy is 14 days and we missed it by hours. So I asked for the Manager. We waited 20 min The manager knew we were there but ignored us. That's when we met Sebastian Troncoso. His professional manner and customer service was amazing. He was so good that we were not even concerned about the price. If you are shopping here, make sure you deal with Sebastian. Manager gets one ? Sebastian gets ten stars

Few years ago, when they opened this store, it was OK. Now it’s terrible, old boring selection, very expensive - prices doubled or even quadrupled in the last 2 years for exactly the same items. This is not a Factory Store anymore. Very pushy and extremally uneducated staff speaking foreign language to each other – I think it’s Tagalog. I was spending hundreds of dollars each time I came to this place before but this year not even a penny. Crazy prices – for example, earlier this year I bought a polo shirt in US for $10 – the same item in this store is $100. Imagine 10 times more. Another example with shorts – in US I paid $10 but in this store they cost 10 times more. I understand that they have 30% sale and our dollar today is lower than US but with all those tricks they are still asking 6 X more. I honestly believe that this is very disrespectful and insulting to all of us in Canada.

Awful experience with most of the staff there. As you walk in there’s always this one specific sales person who will chase you around the store asking you to give their name at the cashier when they ask you who helped you. This is basically after they ask you: “are u looking for anything ?” and you reply “no thank you I’m just looking around”,,, A couple of weeks ago two of the staff had an argument infront of us in which each one of them kept saying: I helped them and the other one replies back saying: no I did!!!!! Not to mention that I had an awful experience over the weekend (Sunday afternoon Jun 6th 2021) when I had returned some items with their tags attached just because they went cheaper and the cashier (Asian lady, didn’t get her name unfortunately) at that time said she won’t do a price adjustment as they would only do a price adjustment within a week. Suddenly the sales person ‘Mikey’ comes in and says that price adjustments are only done within 14 days of the purchase. Anyways so I return the items and I happen to find the exact items again on floor so I pick them up and as I was paying for them at the cashier she says: “ you can’t do that,,,, it’s basically as if you’re price adjusting” I told her that I had found those items on floor and so I got them, they’re not the items that I had just returned, it just happened that you still have more of the same items on floor! Again she calls that same person Mikey who says: “ I’ll just do this, just this one time” that’s when my husband was like: “are u going to let me buy from the store just this one time?? This doesn’t make sense,, I’m buying some items that were on the floor in store!” Not to mention that I saw a leather jacket which its price ticket read 425 CAD and at the cashier it came up as 650 CAD! Even their items were wrongly priced where you would have to argue to get them for the price that u saw on them! Overall the experience was awful, most of the staff are really annoying, you wouldn’t expect that in a supposedly high end store… Their staff need some serious training there. The only two ladies who were really helpful and super sweet were Loriana (with French pronunciation) and Amy both were at the fitting rooms and were super helpful and very friendly. They didn’t even mention the silly sentence of “ please give them my name at the cashier when they ask u who helped u” The store is pricey and the staff need serious training!

I was there a couple weeks ago buying my boyfriend some pants. I wasn't very happy as when I was seeking some help I found that the one guy Mike brushed me off. I left the store feeling annoyed and didn't end up buying anything. I will not come back.

Would be 0 stars if that was an option. Will not be back. All staff are standing around talking while i was the only one in line with 1 till open and I had to wait 10 minutes, no exageration, to pay for my 1 item.

Ever since the previous manager left, the store has not been the same . The new Asian manager by the name of Mikey is not qualified for his position, and on several occasions I witnessed him argue or rise his voice on customers as well as his workers . My husband used to shop here often, and I would occasionally accompany him. But the bad customer service and poor treatment of workers is not something we support. The sale associates always provided us with the best customer service , I might have to steal some of them .

Helpful staff and high quality clothing no doubt. But the price on the receipt did not tally with whats on the clothes tag. I had to drive back to the store 2 days after I purchased some clothings to get my refund. Check your receipts before u leave the store.

I was here today and was literally being dealt with at check out when the girl helping me walked away because some other customer was enquiring about a size. I take this as very rude. I spend lots of money here and was about to spend around 500 dollars but when she walked away I felt insulted. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and normally get treated likr a doctor when I come here but today they might as well have spit in my face. I left disgusted not wanting to continue the purchase as I would prefer not to hand my money over when treated so marginally. Do not plan on returning here as a result, nothing more irritating as a consumer than to be treated as an after thought especially when in the middle of a transaction. Very disappointed as like I mentioned, have spent thousands of dollars here.
