Very bad customer service experience on purchasing a ring & most importantly a very dishonest management and customer care system. I don’t recommend this store for anyone. I was offered to trad in my old ring and pay the difference I agreed and while processing my purchase all the sudden the management denied the offer and simply said our offer no longer exist while they themselves offered me in the first place. And then said it’s employee’s mistake and they through her under the bus and I left the store. Very Very shocking experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT SHOP HERE, MANAGEMENT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. We have dealt with this company many times over the last few years and the service has been great until recently. They have new management and In March 2021 my husband purchased a gold rope necklace valued at over $600. A few weeks later I noticed that there was a defect in the necklace, part of the rope was very thin in 1 spot. A few days later the necklace broke at that spot. Due to COVID, I was uncomfortable going to the store. When I finally went last week, imagine my surprise when I was told that the cost to repair would be almost $100. I am extremely disappointed with this and the manager essentially said tough luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Micheal Hill. Rohin and Soneet were so helpful and kind, they really provided the best customer service and made shopping there an enjoyable experience. Helping me pick out a number of gifts for such a great price.
I definitely recommend getting your holiday shopping done there!
