★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine taking the time to come to a place and more than half of the options are "out of stock". I came an hour before the store closed.
I came again excited since I had a really good first experience here. I visited the store 8pm 26th April and there was an hour till closing. Tons of options were "out of stock" like brown rice and all the marinated fish except for the ground tuna. I would understand not refilling rice since that takes loads of time but it seemed like after the dinner peak they can't be bothered to mix and refill the marinated fish?? I saw there was spicy sauces left and asked if they could AT LEAST mix it with my proteins and she said no to every request. She was extremely lazy and didn't care at all that more than half of the protein wasn't available. It is clear that they just want to pack up and end the day. There's no care for the people who arrive in the last hour of the store opening and I've never seen such lazy disregard for customers. I will not be coming again!

One detail i really enjoyed is how they actually mix the veggies and dressing for you in a separate container before adding to the protein and rice. No other poke place has done this and it made me extremely happy!!
Salmon and tuna were fresh
Lots of dressings to choose from!
They also serve ramen and curry for cold weather!

If you’re looking for a more healthy fast food option, this is it.
Staff are friendly and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to Poke place in Richmond. Great pricing for the bowls. I did notice over the last month or so on two separate visits, they added a fee for selecting certain items or extra of the same item on the menu. Staff was kind enough to let me know of the change and fee though.
