★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time at Poised Nails but it certainly won’t be my last. My and Harley were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about which nail colours to recommend for my treatmend. I was a little pushed for time due to having to return to work and everyone chipped in to help speed things along without compromising the quality of the experience. The treatment was finished off with a massage and paraffin treatment which was just the icing on the cake! Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really loved everything about Poised Nails. The atmosphere is great and very relaxing. They also treat you really nicely making you feel very comfortable. I had a Spa manicure and it looked perfect. Couldn’t have been happier with my experience there.

Only reason for the 4 stars is that I noticed that the employee working on my friends nail always checked with her at every step to ask of everything was okay (length, shape, colour, etc) but the employee doing my nails did not ask me. Overall was a decent experience but nothing above and beyond.
It was however, also nice to see that when a different customer spoke up to say her nails were smudged, they immediately fixed it without any issues.

to nail salon for years and I have always had a great experience. My nails look beautiful every time Staff is welcoming and very attentive, always making sure I'm happy with the results. Could not recommend them enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hannah and Helen were amazing! went above and beyond everything for me. My online booking failed but no matter how busy they were, still accepted me! gave me full consultation over what products would be better for my nails health. They both took their times to offer me their best service, and to be honest I was so so so happy when I left! Both girls stayed 30 min passed the store closing time just to have things done the best way which no salon in Vancouver would offer that to their last minute customer booking! It's been 2 weeks since I got my nails done, and they look so good, no chips, cracks, damage. Everyone thinks I just got them done, and it's all because of how amazing the girls got them done for me! Absolutely will recommend this salon to everyone out there, you won't be disappointed!
Thank you girls, can't wait to be back for my future bookings.
