★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the people are very friendly but my cut and colour took forever. I had to cut my appointment short and not get my hair styled as I had been there almost four hours already. Also, having been twice I really don't like the way they blow dry hair. I specifically ask for volume as my hair goes flat quite easily so I suggest a round brush as most other places have always done and they just use their fingers and push my hair back as they dry. Also as the stylist started styling my hair (which I had to cut short) I had to let him know that my hair was still pretty damp underneath and not dry. Not the worst but not the best, I won't be going back I don't think. They do have a Groupon so try that if you want to give it a go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danielle was great! I had a haircut and my roots done and both came out as I wanted them. Danielle listened to my needs, provided a very professional service and went above and beyond to make sure it met my expectations. I got a head and hand massage too!!
I definitely recommend this great salon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just the most wonderful time. Had my hair freshly colored black on one side and blonde summer highlights on the other. Not only was the result excellent (major thanks to Ryan) but the whole atmosphere in the salon was just great. You felt relaxed, taken care of and when you're doing a lot of color, you know you'll be there a bit and the time just flew by. Super friendly, really clean, and great great service. Can't wait to come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a haircut and full hair colour a few weeks in advance. My experience started off not as great due to scheduling issues; the salon called me a few days before my original appointment to change it to the next day. I agreed and rearranged my schedule and confirmed my appointment for 4 pm. I got a text reminder the day before my appointment stating my appointment was at 3 pm. After calling the salon to ask why it was 3 pm when I booked it for 4 pm, they tried their best but could only change it to 330 pm. The day of my appointment, there was another issue where my stylist had it down I was just coming for root touch up and a haircut (I had booked a full hair colour which would obviously take a lot longer and they had other clients after me). I was quite annoyed at this point as there is a clear issue with communication and scheduling but my stylist Cindy was amazing and said she would make it work and apologized for the issues. Cindy did an incredible job at turning my experience from a negative to a positive; my hair colour and haircut turned out amazing! She asked and listened to what I wanted. She also gave me an amazing blowout / style after my service. I will definitely be returning!

So beyond personable, we chat the entire time I’m there, and she always does my hair exactly how I want it! Always feeling good when I leave the salon ❤️❤️ so much love for the entire team. They make it such an amazing experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this salon when my previous colour was getting really brassy. I wasn't sure what I really needed or wanted, but talking with Beth, she assured me she could do something great. She really was knowledgeable about products to use for my hair type, how often to wash / heat style etc. At the end of the appointment, I could NOT have been happier with the results. It is now low maintenance, while still blonde how i like it! Super friendly staff, awesome atmosphere, and amazing products. Thank you!!
