★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Sara is by far the best when it comes to coloring and highlights. Don't get me wrong, she is good at cutting but I truly feel that her skills in color and highlight is second to none.
Her prices are very affordable and as a person she is very friendly and down to earth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have wanted to check out this salon for years but kept forgetting because it is on a street that I don't often go down. Anyway, I finally remembered and booked an appointment. First of all, I have been to many hairdressers trying to explain what I am looking for but have left feeling unsatisfied with the results. Not so with Sara. I am absolutely thrilled with the cut, the colour and the highlights. It is exactly as I described. THANK YOU!!! I also enjoyed the quiet ambiance... I do agree with another reviewer that some of the decor could be improved but in the end I don't really care because my hair looks amazing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the skill and care without the high-end overhead. I love Sara, in part because she makes me look sharp and doesn't make me cry when it's time to pay the bill. Niloo is one of the hidden gems of the West End, and with Greenhorn across the street, it's perfect for an afternoon of self-care. I've paid more than twice as much for services that didn't look half as good.
