★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salon was closed when we arrived for my girlfriend's appointment and he didn't show up until 20 minutes later. This was in the middle of the afternoon - no phone call or sign on the door or anything - just frantic behavior and excuses. Then he spent the whole time complaining about his life and talking trash about people he knows. The whole point of taking my girlfriend for a salon day was to make her feel beautiful but instead we both left feeling totally uncomfortable and unsatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a nice experience I had here! The man is a stylist, not a barber (don't call him a barber - he doesn't like it). I received an excellent haircut from a skilled, personable professional. He listened, made suggestions, but was in no way pushy. That for me is what makes a good hairstylist, and I would happily recommend him.
(By the way Brent, my girlfriend was very happy with your work too!)
