★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to many nail salons but never got a better work done on my nails than here. Always going back to Melissa. She is a wizard! She pays the utmost attention to what I want and the results are always so so good! It's a cozy and warm place to go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was their customer for almost two years but I don't know why the staff didn't care anymore and their performance and customer service decreased a lot in every session that I visited. I had two bad experiences, they injured my skin twice and it lead to infection, I had lots of pain and used medicine. I went to the salon showed my fingers and explained what happened to me but they even didn't say an excuse about their poor customer service. I will not go there anymore and will share my experience with others. This is the picture of my fingers after one week of treatment.

June did a fantastic job with the shaping and powder coating.
Extremely reasonable prices.
Everyone was very friendly and the place was clean.
Definitely would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most nail places I’ve gone to don’t feel very welcoming/friendly. You feel important and cared for as soon as you walk into Sophie’s! My two favourite techs are Melissa & Catherine, lovely ladies. 10/10 recommend
