★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hairdressers here are so great! They know how to handle both men's and women's hair so well. Every time I get a haircut, this is the place I go! For men, a haircut costs $25 and for women, a haircut costs $35. It is definitely worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is lack of customer service. Very unpleasant experience, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I bring several photos to the salon and ask the hair stylist to sit down with me, compare the photos to my current hair status to make sure that she can achieve the result. She promises that she can do it, after 15 mins, my hair is shorter but looks nothing like the photo I present. After I express my requirement for small change on the side and back of my hair, she refused and told me that this is the best style for my hair type, and I shouldn't show so many photos since every single one is a little bit different. WHILE SHE SAID NOTHING BEFORE THE HAIRCUT!
Not mentioning that the hair stylist BURN MY SCULP during blow dry and didn't border to apologize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been getting my haircut here regularly for the past 5 years. The manager and all the hairdressers are some of the most warm-hearted, kindest and funniest people I've met. Everytime I get a haircut here, I'm always satisfied, and even if I'm not, they usually manage to fix it on the spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly one of the best haircuts I've ever purchased. It as super cheap compared to the 60 dollars I overpay in Seattle. The nice lady who did my hair did it in under 20 minutes. Got a hair wash and everything included. I don't think they speak much English, but that's okay; I prefer a little bit of silence instead of being chatted up for up to an hour. 10/10 will drive 3 hours for a haircut again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ** Attention** This is no longer the same salon!**Poor customer service and higher price. It is now called salon de J. They didn’t even know how to complete root touchup the most basic colouring service. I had an event and had to call another salon to assist with the color. Insane! The worse was the attitude of Kim which seems to be an assistance manager not a stylist. Things happen but you have to make it right. Go to another salon in the area. Axis is good and other salon with better reviews like Raum for the same or better price. Not worth the bad experience and possible disaster in your hair that they will never be accountable for. Kim made that clear.
