★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is amazing, and quality of work is impeccable. BUT - be sure to ask what each service charges as they are far more expensive than any of their competitors. I did not expect to pay $115 for a tire change......won't go back again for that service, that's for sure, and will suggest my friends and family also think twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in the front is courteous. The garage team is also professional and though they forget things from time to time, they are consistently gracious enough to acknowledge and correct or explain if necessary. The garage will also recommend future tune ups or repairs to think about with a hassle free estimate. Overall, a positive experience which is why friends recommended them to me and they are my preferred garage for tires and mechanical work for the past 3 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like their service, last time I was there, they asked me to bring my car in the shop myself but this time they took the car themselves and unfortunately the mechanic who took the car was wearing work gloves which made the steering wheel and the door dirty. I hope they improve this. I had only one photo.
Update,
They were responsible enough to followed up here and offered to clean the car which we already did ourselves.
Thats why I gave them an extra star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I am satisfied with the service that is offered by Gordons until this morning april 20 2022 when I needed Gordon’s the most!!!
I Got an air leak on my tire and was asked to leave the my car there for the entire day. I was willing to wait 1-2 hours for car but was also refused! Apparently they were too busy with other clients! And i didn’t have appointment!!
I Went across the street to another garage And the repair was done in 15 minutes!
Could not believe they can treat their regular clients like this! VERY DISSAPOINTED!!

As I said this was an emergency situation! You requested I leave the car all day at your garage 10:30am to 4Pm ! I was willing to wait 1-2 hours plus and I never requested immediate service as you suggest !!!The work was 15 min or less so I think your staff could of handled this situation much more efficiently and professional !
No excuse if you can’t handle your clients busy or not !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great service but guys.. please wear your masks properly. I've had to come in 4 times during the pandemic and half of the office staff have their nose exposed or aren't wearing their masks at all. It's a little concerning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience at Gordons. Gordons’ team turned a nightmare into a great learning experience. On the “great highways” we have in Quebec with huge potholes all over the place, we lost on of the tires. We contacted 5 other garages with good reviews and none had the tire for my car, nor could they get it. Gordons team not only found the tire but they found it and received it in 1 day (other places where estimating a 2 weeks delay) and the tire was changed in 35 minutes the next morning. I’m totally fine with paying for a great service and professionnalisme!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much positive to say about this place and I will start with their level of Customer Service. Tony Vito went above & beyond to ensure I was taken care of, after I had exploded a tire on your basic Montreal pothole. One of their service men, Alex, was extraordinary in assisting me. They went over every option I had with different price points. They never seemed bothered with how many questions I asked. I will no doubt return for any issues I encounter and also for oil changes
