Even called.
Not once was it know that they are closed until next year .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have Ply Gem windows and I am very unhappy with them. I set my thermostat to 18 C overnight. When the outside temperature is -3 & lower my windows steam up. This morning @ -17, I have ice on the inside of the glass on at least 3 windows and condensation on others, even the ones where I left the blinds open. Yes, my humidifier is set very low. These windows are not made for Albert weather. It would not recommend this company for their windows. My bedroom window freezes shut. Scarey in case of a fire.
