Have potential to be world class, but bit more cleaning in kitchen is required before a new guest checks in, especially in the utensils and cabinets. The property is awesome with underground covered and secure parking ( clearance till 1.9 m), or outside ground level parking is available. Stayed in two bed, two bath suite. Will come back for sure if in the area.

All cupboard handles are disgusting, fridge and microwave handles are disgusting. Staff was not helpful , to book a swim time was the most ridiculous! Can only call at 9 pm , and lucky if u get thru .it's like a rat race.Called 72 times with in 40 mins , by the time we got thru the pool time was booked up.Very disappointed ! No cleaning service, we had to go buy toilet paper.Took pictures to send to booking agent , they did refund a one night stay .Would have rather have one pool time for my kids , the entire reason we booked here.Just want to pre warn anyone else to find out the hard way like us, will never be back and never recommend!!We come to Banff regularly, first time trying Canmore and was definitely disappointed.
N	Ni Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice,clean resort. More like people bought the place and having a property management company to run that. Only thing is you will not see any front desk person. If you need suger or more towers, only chance is in the morning, try to find the cleaning staff.

What wasn't fine was: Not 1 of the 3 TV's were working, Not much lighting as the bulbs were missing, stained carpets, fireplace screen barely hanging on. If they want us to take out the garbage then they should supply garbage bags. Not returning to this location.

But I could not contain my frustration with my experience at this establishment. The first room we were in was filthy. It had burn holes on the paper towels AND the bath towels. The sink was covered in some sort of grime. The stove handles had grease spatter dried on them. And to top it all off, when we went out on the balcony to look at the view of the mountains, we were shocked to see what appeared to be a blood smear on the curtain. We called and they sent someone who was prepared to clean our room. Eventually, we were moved into another room (thank goodness) where cable boxes didn't work, light bulbs were missing. It was crazy. The person we had originally spoken to was supposed to call us back, never did. We even tried to call him multiple times. I am not a complaining person. I rent vacation places all the time. I have never experienced anything like this. Ever.
J	Jeré Hutson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Facilities & location. Its quiet but close to town. The rooms are spacious and perfect for groups. However, the fireplace stopped working and there was no communication from management. The pool and hot tubs are also very busy at all times.
