C	Corey Schleining on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Switched from a Goodlife membership to a membership at this location because of the significant price difference. Unfortunately, I got what I paid for. The first problem is that this gym is way too busy for its own good. Most days, my 1.5 hr workout became a 3 hr workout because I always needed to wait for machines, squat racks, and free weight space to clear up to complete my workout. The part that surprised me the most is that this gym is pretty much jam-packed from 7am to 9pm on any given day, my guess is because this is one of the cheaper gym memberships in the city. The Stairmaster's are in serious need of maintenance, using them at any level higher than 5 causes them to malfunction, stall, and run very rough in general. I mentioned this to employees, but unfortunately, no action was taken. My biggest problem with the facility however is the free-weight section, for some reason they tucked it into a little corner of the gym where people are forced to get in others' way to access the dumbbells. The way the equipment and machines are laid out in the building doesn't make a lot of sense in my opinion, there are way more elliptical's taking up space than needed. If you just want a gym where you can use a treadmill or elliptical, this place is great. If you plan on doing any other exercises, I wouldn't recommend this gym.

So hard to get your work out done sometimes specially during busy hrs from 5 pm- 9 Pm. The have lots of cardio machines. It’s cheap and you can terminate your membership anytime. I love the hydromassage.

2	204mastermind1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a member for two years and this location has a reputation for low quality customer service. Broken/worn equipment, staff and manager could care less. Rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful staff and manager = terrible customer service, however Tyler seems to know what he’s doing, should be manager but I digress. Floors are dirty during the winter, no shoe cleaner or shoe racks at the entrance. No enforcement on mask mandate, staff and manager could also care less. Would not recommend this gym to anyone let alone mention I’m a member, embarrassing…
J	Jay Maraj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel we are letting negative people influence these reviews too much (that is not to say that some are not from legit experiences or situations as mistakes will always occur) Those of us with good experiences should speak up and defend a business, that is always friendly (special notes to Ryan, Mark and Emma), been the 1st to go back to amazing 24 hour availability without raising prices on us, no small feat if you compare what other gyms do which is to restrict hours and raise prices. THANK YOU to All the hard workers who risk their health so we have a wonderful environment to improve our own the gym is always clean, people are friendly and constantly cleaning, they smile, greet you and try to say good bye and keep things clean and positive, what more could you ask at such reasonable rates? Thank you to all planet fitness staff for doing what you do on a daily basis, amazing and consistent job overall in my humble opinion
M	Marco S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelling my membership. Great staff and cleaning protocols. However the campaign they have going on this summer has absolutely ruined my experience here. They are allowing teenagers from the ages of 13-19 to workout for free this summer. There is no space to workout at the gym. As someone who has a full time job I like to go to the gym and have a workout, I understand having to wait for a machine. But when there is 20 minute waits for a machine because a groups of 6-7 teenagers are all using the machines it’s impossible. The campaign would make sense if the gyms were bigger. I have no problem with the youth pursuing fitness I’m happy to see it. But I can’t afford to wait 20-30 minutes per machine to get my workouts in. Corporate really doesn’t understand their target market. These kids will be gone in September, and so will a lot of frustrated members. I spoke to the staff there and they all agreed with this sentiment.
