L	Leanne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopped there today to get supplies for a project that I've never done before. Stopped a clerk named Hannah to ask about quilt fabric width and she was very helpful. She asked some questions about the project so she could make recommendations, including alternatives. When I asked her to point me to batting she accompanied me and explained the various options. She asked a colleague for additional information on batting she was less familiar with and she offered to take my choice to the cutting table so that i could keep shopping. Not to mention, she was very patient with the amount of questions I had and the time I was taking. Hannah was also working at the register when I was done shopping and when I realized that I'd overlooked some twill in my basket and it still needed cutting she worked it out so that I didn't have to stand in the cutting line while being mindful of the line-up at the register. Great customer service, Hannah, much appreciated! I should also mention that the clerk who cut my fabric (I'm sorry I didn't get their name) was also very patient while trying to help me figure out how much fabric I needed. Thank you!

One of the staff members was not willing to help just pointed out the direction, but the other girl was really helpful (I didn't catch the name unfortunately) we found what we were looking for.

The young lady who initially helped us took us directly to what we were looking for, explained the different items and gave her recommendations as to what would be best for our project. The regular prices on many items were cheaper than you could find online, and the sale items were great.

Fabricland has nothing to look up members and refused to help me. The cost of my purchase would have been $100 but now was $200 without membership. He'll no! Will never go back to this business. I did my part by supporting Fabricland by becoming a member and they treat me like. "Sorry we have no way confirming your a member" and we are not helping you. Shame on this poorly run business.

Twice I had to walk out of the store to use my cell phone to make decisions on the fabric I was purchasing. Each time she welcomed me back with a smile on her face. Not once did she show any annoyance at my indecisiveness. We finally got the fabric all cut and she made me feel like I was the winner! Definitely going back to her cutting table again ??
