My computer had a bit of a meltdown it was glitching and flashing a blue error screen and I also desperately needed some upgrades to my computer to be done as soon as possible. They told me it would take 3 business days to get done but they accomodated me the same day in and out and educated me on my issue. Happy Customer coming back

Awesome experience , my wife's MacBook pro randomly wouldn't turn on brought it in on Monday and had it fixed and back Thursday! Very very fair pricing and good customer service. Will come back for all computer needs down the road .

While initially I loved this a my go to pc place, they are friendly and nice with fair prices. But, I got my aio installed there and now I'm selling my aio and have come to realize that they never included the rest of the parts, they used the parts they needed and never gave back the other parts (They used the AMD parts and didn't return the INTEL parts) I've had small instances happen similar to this here, with the anti static shock packaging for my mobo and gpu but this is insane, where's the rest of the parts for my aio?! Now I have to let my buyer know that no, it doesn't have everything it SHOULD because they never bothered to include it for some reason?? Not happy at all

Upgraded my computer using my newer Digital Hard drive, now its at warp speed and cost was the same as 2013. Great quick service!

I brought my laptop and charging cord in to be looked at because it was dead and not charging. I was expecting to receive aΒ phonecallΒ back within an hour or two because it would have been quick and easy to plug in a working charging cord to see if it works or a simple repair if that did not work. But I phoned them approximately 5 hours later looking for an update and they told me it would take 2 or 3 days to look at the laptop because they were extremely busy. So I bought a new charging cord and went toΒ pickupΒ my laptop because I could not wait that long to receive it back. When I asked for it back they informed me that they were able to take a look at it within the 30 minutes or so since I phoned them and stated that the charging cable worked fine while the laptop would need to be replaced due to "power button flashing when pressed implying a mainboard level failure". They charged me $70 for their diagnostic even though they did not inform me of such a fee when I dropped it off. They only informed me of a fee to replace the cord or repair the DC port. When I tried the new cord on my laptop it worked fine while my old cord does not work. The laptop was already charged to 59% and functioning nearly as normal (they seemed to have reset my computer clock, some settings and broke my mute andΒ wifiΒ button). It seems as though their service centre staff lied to me to try to trick me into paying extra for file transfers onto a new laptop which I am sure they would have been happy to sell me. They seemed to be trying to upsell through dishonesty with no regard for the customer, and I suspect they wanted to hold onto the laptop for the additional days to copy the files on my computer. Being down without the computer for the day had a large cost never mind charging me for their poor/dishonest service. I would not trust the staff employed at this business. Edit: Mike, the service manager, was understanding of my concern with this experience and issued a full refund, so that was appreciated. However, I did not receive a response to my initial request for a refund. They only replied once the BBB got involved.

Buddy of mine recommend this place for our PC needs. As a wife to an avid gamer and I myself, a casual FFXIV player, we needed a new PC to fit our needs. Staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable when they helped us build a PC within our working budget allowing us to have something that would be upgradable in the future for our dream build.
