★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called to register our kids for swimming well in advance. They told us even though I wouldn’t get my vaccine card on time I would be allowed to drop off my kids. I went there with them for the lesson and they told us we were not allowed without a QR code ?. Called in the next day to see if they would apologize for not keeping their word and let our kids recover the missed lesson but there was absolutely no consideration. The guy on the phone told me it was on us that our kids missed the lesson ?.
Tried to reach the manager, left a voice message. Tried reaching the director, left a voice message. None of them called back of course. We’ve been paying membership for a while already and still dealing with horrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stop being hypocrite! You're telling me i cant get in the facility without a mask? But when im inside the gym im allowed to take my mask off? Cmon it doesn't make sense! I bet any of the bosses of this facility are partying somewhere mask less! I just cant support these hypocrisy anymore. Im taking my business somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great friendly and clean place to work out. The addition of the egym has reinvigorated my workouts. Great updates cardio machines and a knowledgeable staff. Hoping the steam room gets repaired soon for these old bones!
