★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well ,what to say,my grandson absolutely loves going here with grandpa.what child dont.but to c his face in a sea of toys how can I drop at least 2 to 3 hundred a visit.its my go to for toys and accessories. U may pay alittle more,but I leave with the product every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't lie, the store isn't perfect, but what is perfect is that I have a place I can take my kid, walk with them, talk about why they like and what they they'd enjoy if they had... can't get that from Amazon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to work there, and at the time, it was easy to find what you're looking for. This visit was different, hardly any employees around, no employee in what used to be the electronic section.. If you had a question, you're pretty much on your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a switch at Toys. I had been told that there was a switch and mario kart bundle at the store. On going in I couldn't find it, as the book hadn't been updated that they want customers to flip through. The girl i asked for help had to ask who I assume was a manager, since he had no name tag on. When he told me they didnt have any, I had to insist on good authority that there were some in stock. This manager rolled his eyes and handed the keys to the girl who was trying to help and then walked away right away. She found the bundle I was looking for in less than a minute. Kind of disappointed that a supposed manager didn't know what was in stock, and didn't seem interested that I wanted to spend over $400 in his store. Girl helping me was very polite though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked why I'm getting charged 2 taxes on baby goods including breastfeeding items, and I get laughed at by a staff and both of the cashiers started whispering while their back against me, doubtful of their own policy.
Educate and train your staff. Certain baby items are tax exempt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager is pretty polite as I do have stroller which was broken. She came down with a quick solution. Thank you guys and the cashier was too polite and good also. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping at this place yesterday and was looking for educational toys for my 2 years old. I asked help from Nick who was very helpful and walked with me to locate types of toys I was looking for. These days we see that workers just point towards particular section of the store and they do not want to put much effort but Nick showed how customers should be treated. His way of interaction was friendly. I really hope that manager reads my comment and appreciate Nick. He is a very good worker.
