A	A Az on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not order online from this location . It says they're open until midnight, I placed an order at 9:00 P.M and they just canceled it. This wasn't the first time that it happened with this location, I was a regular customer ordering online from them but will never order from this location anymore.

H	Hayden T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was treated rudely by the worker named David, workers behind didn't have their masks up, and David pulled down his mask and accidentally spat on my face and didn't apologize, the place looked very dirty and unsensitized, the workers from pizza nova were smoking outside which I find inappropriate. Btw the baldie has poor customer service.

Last order was made at 533p and was told it would be 40min. I ended up walking out at 7p. Worst still the staff keeps you there by telling you it will be ready in ten min each time you ask. Pizza Nova's head office issued a credit of $30, but than never honored it. Haven't ordered since.

My wife and I ordered our pizza for pickup at 6:30pm and was told it would be 20 minutes. When I showed up at 7:00pm, the place was packed with people waiting on orders. Not only did I have to wait until 7:30pm (a full hour after ordering), but the staff did not even acknowledge me until I went up to the counter after being there for 20 minutes already. That's when they decided to finally put my pizza in the oven. Every single customer in there had the same, extremely long wait. The manager never apologized and continually lied to everyone saying it would be ten more minutes. We won't be returning.

Thin, cardboard with barely any toppings. We also ordered the arancini… hard over fried balls.. so gross. Pizza was way over done. I ordered regular crust and it was so thin .. I wondered what their thin crust pizza was like… no existent perhaps.

Please look and eat at California Sandwiches and eat there. I had asked for the sandwiches to be separated from the bun because the sandwich of a horrible cooked piece of veal and chicken won’t be soggy. Well it was a waste of money. In these times of Covid, who needs to waste money!!!! The second picture is of California Sandwiches. Please staff taste their sandwiches and you will definitely understand! Their sandwiches are meaty and well moist and not a piece of over cooked burnt one piece thin meat. It looked like a process meat. It definitely was NOT fresh. This is our experience and our taste test. Oh there isn’t a star for half. We wouldn’t even give one star. There isn’t negative and your location would get -10 !!!
