★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go-to Osmow's. Sometimes the wait can be long when it's busy, but that's not the employees fault. I've had larger meat portions at other locations, but this location has improved a lot since they first opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in the same plaza as Osmow’s and this was my first (and last) time there. I ordered Chicken shawarma on lettuce (no rice nothing else), I highly doubt that what I ate was chicken!! It tasted like dry lifeless beef! The salad was ok. Also the videos playing on tv were extremely inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. Will not recommend & never going back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited awhile for uber to find a driver, which happens from time to time. ( all good ) ordered mild sauce on my wrap and its hot as hell. Mild bottle not have a label? Cant even eat this smh. Your phone doesn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Star Rating, i ordered the chicken & lamb Shawarma wrap, it was very tasty, the staff was polite and made sure that i got everything i needed. I would highly recommend trying this place to anybody that enjoys Shawarma in Bradford!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go to Shawarma place in Bradford. Always consistent and always delicious. We usually get chicken shawarma wraps or chicken shawarma dinners. Also the fries with garlic sauce are untouchable. Last thing is the staff there is super kind, courteous and really fast - look like they are always working hard to serve well. There is a young man who works there almost every time we go in on a Friday evening and he’s there hustling to serve customers but always smiling and always nice and friendly. Lucky to have this place in town. Thanks to the team at Osmows !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve ordered twice from you guys through Skip the Dishes in the last so weeks and you guys always mess up the order. Loaded my pita with hot sauce that I didn’t order and I let it go and burned my mouth off. Tonight .. you guys forgot my entire tabouleh salad … nothing better when you’re starving!! Never again! Place is a dump.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular costumer and visit the restaurant once a week. Usually the food is not tasty as at other locations. The meat has a lot of bones and the meat is never fresh. The only reason why I go always to that location is because you get better portions than at other locations. Yesterday I ordered a chicken on the rocks and I were surprised when the meat was cooked well and fresh. The food was amazing and good. It would be good if you guys could continue like that. Thanks ?
