B	Brenda Crafts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so excited to try this place. It was a birthday dinner. Too bad I was so underwhelmed and disappointed. The service was ok. The food was just OK. It just lacked in flavor and overall restaurant ambiance. It felt bright and cheap. Instead of warm and inviting. There was no singing of happy birthday just a brownie put on the table. My kids were gutted. More effort was needed. The place was empty due to weather so no excuse. ?

We were just turned away at 1:15pm on a Friday afternoon because they were too busy, but most tables were empty. All we wanted to do was sit on the patio for a drink. I find most issues are due to lack of staffing and poor planning. I wish they would get it together...

I was greeted with the server who ensured all covid protocols were up to date. We got the food at a lighting speed and everything was exceptional. The pizza dough was the most flakiest I've ever had with a crispy exterior and a melt in your mouth wagyu interior. the ingredients were very fresh and high quality tasted like it was freshly harvested right before it was cooked. The drinks we got were ice cold at the perfect temperature with a great balance carbonation ratio. Don't get me started with the atmosphere or what these millennial call "vibes" it was immaculate with soft jazz music playing in the background I wanted to just get up and tap dance. I am extremely sad that Dougy shut down dine in once again..but wait... I actually had gotten take out the other night and tossed the pizza back in the oven at 350 for 2 minutes and it came out just like dine in, so don't shy away from taking the food home. My waitress chewed out the kitchen staff for giving our food to another table so they rushed our food and my pasta came out hot with frozen meatballs. The appetizer came out after the food lol Perfect ? . Im a calm guy but man 1 hour to make cauliflower warm and put Buffalo sauce common guys. You can do better I know it but there needs to be a better system. Needless to say my four year old got his pizza and I watched my whole family eat and I ate nothing. Its crazy if I could give a negative star I would have. But man this place need some hard! Organization... I'm truly disappointed oh and my son spilled his Shirley temple because they didn't have any kids cups. Shame on you guys and shame on this place as a whole. Who ever runs this place needs to wake up .. and as the pictures show my family is finished eating and I have not even received my food .... please fix your issues I'm not angry people have bad days but nothing is clearly not a bad day this is lack of.leadership

P	Patti Bunston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most delicious Caesar salad that we have had in a long time. We had a pasta dish and a beef dip and it was delicious. The service was impeccable. I gave the waitress a 20% tip she actually deserved more but we're seniors so 20% is good.. This Boston pizza in Bradford was the cleanest one that I've seen.

We had super poor service, maybe she was new but she was also just never around at all. Take forever to get her attention so waited long time to get order in. The chicken bowl was missing the sauce, nachos and kids meal came out last. Not the locations fault but the franchise needs to look at reducing the pepper in the meals especially since the meatballs are offered as a kids meal, my daughter couldn't eat it at all and was even spicy for me. The au jus for the big dipper is so spicy and this isn't the first location I've noticed that. Ruins the sandwich and very unnecessary.
