Good place for pizzas and drinks. Nice customer service.

My fish was to hard and crispy. Top it off they didn't have coffee.

OMG! If I could give 0 stars I would… Paid $70 for 3 orders of fish and chips last night. Not possibly, but, without reservation, the WORST fish and chips we’ve ever had. Would have better off with frozen Captain Highliner and McCains fries from the grocery store. Pretty sure that’s what we got last night. We could have saved a ton and had a hot meal from the oven. Never again.

If I could give them NO stars, I would. Horrible food, horrible service (or lack of it!), horrible prices and horrible atmosphere to eat in. First, we were led to the back room. We should have known by the lack of people, that others were smarter than us. The previous owners were quite good people who kept the restaurant clean and while not busy, we thought it must have been sold due to Covid. The waitress (who could NOT speak even functional English) took our orders. Oh, I should mention that she offered us water….. with ice….. as if we wanted it without ice?!? I ordered the boneless ribs. (My partner’s food was -although over-priced - fine). Keep in mind that this was at 6:30 pm. The ribs were listed as an entrée for $20.95. I thought it strange that the waitress didn’t even ask whether I wanted (??) salad dressing, or what kind. Well, that’s because I never GOT a salad! No salad, no fries, no garlic toast, as was clearly stated in their menu. Just a plate full of ribs. Overcooked and cold. When I asked about where the French fries were, I was told that no; they didn’t come with fries! After my jaws were tired from chewing those tough, overcooked and tasteless ribs, I would have LOVED something else to go with them, but the waitress was no where to be found! We caught up with her when she was exiting the washroom and we asked for a menu (to “fact check”) and then again when we paid for our meals. We pointed out that there was no salad, fries and toast and that at 6:30 at night; I didn’t want an appetizer! And that the menu did not even HAVE it listed as an appetizer! AND that to expect me to eat only meat was UNHEALTHY, and just plain WRONG! We couldn’t even tell her to her face, because she WASN'T THERE for the majority of the time! But she was there to give us the bill! NO, NO, NO! NEVER AGAIN! When I have to come home and make myself a meal, we’ll, that just says something about Pinocchio’s restaurant. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Since the new management or new owners have taken over, we have not had any good experience with this restaurant. Food is not the same. Also as a parent to some of the children that frequent your establishment, either that be during their lunch time or after school. We do not appreciate the treatment of the kids in the area. They’re are paying customers and have been kicked out of the restaurant several times. Or not allowed entry! No they were not kicked out for bad behaviour. The kids have been treated less than they deserve. I can assure that the kids that go to this restaurant have parents that grew up in this neighbourhood too. Very bad customer service!

Having lived in the neighbourhood for a few years Pinocchio Pizza was a regular for my family. I moved outside of the city and as a treat when my wife was inside the city she bought pizza and ribs and brought them home. From what I can tell since the new management took over things have gone way down hill. What used to be one of the best places in the city I will probably never order from again. My wife ordered a Canadian (Ham, mushrooms and bacon) and there was no bacon, and they used mushrooms that was either sitting in water or that they sautee'd for burgers because they oozed all over the pizza and the bottom crust, turning it black where they cut the pizza. The crust was barely browned, so with the leaky mushrooms it turned the crust into a mush that was uneatable. Also the ribs were plain, no lemon, no dip and supremely overcooked. Unfortunately we did not realize this until she got home otherwise we would have returned it. Its sad to see one of the better pizza places in the city fall so far...

Regina has so many amazing restaurants - don't waste your time here! I ordered almost 80$ worth of food tonight for my family and I have never been so disappointed. As soon as I picked up the boxes I could tell they weren't hot so I had to reheat every single item aside from the salad. The Greek salad was poorly thrown together and had so much oregano it tasted bitter. The serving sizes were laughably small (10$ for a tiny sliver of cheesecake!) and the chips were so overdone they tasted like burnt oil. On the other hand the aforementioned cheesecake had ice crystals in it. It's like they're trying to get bad reviews!

Pizza was excellent, they have a thin crust which I also enjoyed. We ordered double cheese and it did not disappoint. Only downside was it was delivered by skip the dishes. We phoned in our order they never mentioned it would be skip delivering. I don't support skip the dishes, so from now on we'll just pick it up.
