★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great place to get a ice cream treat or a frozen icy treat. The price is the best bang for your dollar compare to the franchise ice cream parlours. It is my go to place in the city of Regina.
The Brownie Delight is my favourite, going to have try something that does have so much chocolate one day for a different recommendation. Their soft serve ice cream is so good.

My favourite is a classic chocolate/vanilla twist and it always brings a smile to my face. Spring doesn't start until the Moo Shoppe is open!
