★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to this store at 9:48 pm, they were supposed to closed at 10:00 pm, and the door was already locked. But that is OK, the bad part was, that they just ignored me, after a few minutes l just left. You need to train your people to say: "Excuse me SR , we are closed for the night". And not just stay there like there is nobody at the door, door that was locked earlier than the time posted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online. Waited in my car to get promised email but 10 minutes after assigned time and nothing received. I decided to go in and server just pulled up order details and pulls 2 pizzas off shelf !!!! Pizza was dried out and very average. Won't buy again. So many other local choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I order ahead for pickup, the order isn't ready and it's like they are putting it together when I get there. They have a pizza portal concept, but I never see them use it. So, they seem more tailored to the walk-in traffic than the pickup orders. In the end, it makes no sense to order ahead, you wait just as long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today and ordered some deep deep dish pepperoni. The cashier looked like she stopped caring long before I got there. At least it seemed like. She didn't ask if I wanted crazy bread like they are supposed to. Just 'anything else'. I added crazy bread then she asked again 'anything else'. I could not be bothered to add a beverage or anything else. After all that and 15 minutes of waiting I got the crazy bread that had been sitting there the whole time. Cold. Not really impressed this time. Probably be a while before I give them another chance.

Did a delivery order (via their own website) a couple of weeks ago - the wrong food arrived but their manager Abbi handled it gracefully. Do delivery, not take-out, if you're COVID-apprehensive; when I did a pickup order last week, I was the only masked customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place! You can place an order and then pick up at this special warm drawers. I walked in easy and fast! The pizza is already prepared but we got it hot and fresh, and surprisingly VERY affordable! Small parking lot outside, busy place for a good reason!
