★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish they had a minus option on this scale of 1 -5. Worst experience of my life. There was a dead mice in my coffee. Please open the lid of your coffee cups and look inside your coffee prior to drinking it. When we called the customer service line they gave us different numbers that made us stay on hold for over an hour. It was the most traumatic experience of my life and will never be getting anything from this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really really busy location, always a line. I ordered via the app for pickup to try to avoid the drive thru, however upon arrival the store is actually closed for renovations. It would be nice if the option to pick up could be turned off on the app if the option isn’t actually available. So far waiting 20mins in line and we’re not even to the drive thru yet. I can’t figure out how to cancel the order either. Very frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. So disappointed. I work in Bradford and like to get breakfast from time to time at Tims. Used to be good service but for the last while its gone downhill. This morning I ordered 2 sausage breakfast biscuits and 2 donuts, chocolate milk. Both breakfast biscuits were delete sausage, they were cold. Actually cold, not warm or room temp but cold. I received 1 donut. This isn't rocket science folks. Read the order, confirm then send it out. Mc Donald's has a nice breakfast and its hot every time I have went.
And just checked, wrong donut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good God this place has gotten very bad the past month. I order one drink at the drive thru, and 3 times last week I was given something different (ask for a cafe mocha and end up getting a tea). Mind boggling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really like this Tim's for their drive thru. Very friendly. I usually just get coffee, and the key is that it's very consistently well made. One of my pet peeves at other Tim's is how you get a good coffee, then a bad one and you never know which you'll get. Very consistent here and I appreciate that. Very nice staff too.
