★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pop is always either flat, taste like tap water or just plain horrible. Burgers asked for extra sauce and the burger I just ate had almost NO sauce. Just a faint taste of Bbq sauce. Gone down hill in the last few years

I think it's great, except the wait to get anything from it is so long. I like Burger King but this location is so slow. I'm starting to lose my interest in coming here because of the waits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022 May: 3/5 - accidentally came through here after forgetting about my last experience. Fast, friendly, though burgers were not warm, not sure why...
January 2022: 1/5 - ordered at lunch via the drive thru...8 nuggets for $2.99...they gave me only 6, and 2 of those 6 were smaller than half a nugget...the fact that they took forever to get me a receipt and at first seemed not to want to give me one I found sketchy as well...did not realize I was short until I was on the highway finishing them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Burger King EVER!! They know us as “the chicken nugget girl” because my little one always asks for her nuggets frrreeeasssshhh. Owner and staff there are the best and super friendly especially John and Gurjeet. PS we have this location on speed dial, see you tomorrow ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here on our way up North and glad we did! The food tasted way fresher than it does in downtown Toronto and the staff were friendly/accommodating of food allergies. Will definitely return over Mcdonalds (sorry Ronald).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I have a craving for a breakfast croissanwhich (combo #1 for breakfast), I have two options - drive to Bradford which is 30 minutes away, or drive to Highway 7 Markham, 25-30 minutes away. Both have Home Depots close by which I can walk around in, so both offer the same perks, but one day I had to pick something up from the Bradford Home Depot that the Markham one didn't have in stock, and so I ventured up there for the first time and said I will visit this Burger King in Bradford for my breakfast.
Upon going through the drive through, and coming up to the speaker, I was greeted by the most professional and friendly...drive through host? I was so thoroughly impressed at how he interacted with me, repeating my order and making sure it was right, and articulate in every way, I actually got to the window and commended him on his professionalism and how he made me feel as a customer. I do believe he may have been a supervisor or manager, because it was fairly early in the morning and he was wearing a black uniform.
Well done on creating such a great first impression and making me feel valued. I'll be back for sure!
