but the Cinnabon treat is sure not what the ads look like. I don't think they have them thawed and actually proofed for them to rise. We have ordered and tried it now 3 different times but there has been no improvement in the quality. Go for the chocolate chip cookie pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cheesy pull parts were completely raw. Spent 25 min on the phone to be transferred to the store and no one picked up. I couldn't even find a number to call the store directly. Haven't had such terrible service in a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the pizza at this location is completely garbage. Not only did they forget items like dips, but the pizza topping is falling off the pizza. This is not the first time of the poor quality, but it will be the last time that I am a customer at this location as well as this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order was late by 30 minutes, it was wrong (suppose to be Hawaiian and got cheese lovers instead ) all 4 pizzas were raw and inedible. Then when I went through three customers service members to talk to the owner of the branch and when he assured me they would send me a correct order it never arrived. Never order from this location

Update:this Pizza Hut location called me and gave me a free Pizza, and it was made perfect. Very good customer service. I really appreciated it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time that I have made an order at this location they have either been late with my order or they have missed something from my order. Though they have given me store credit, I’d rather they just get it all right and on time in the first place. One time I stood in the lobby for 7 minutes just waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I will only keep ordering pizza here because it it close by.
