★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Feb 13 2022 the manager step into the kitchen to make burnt awful pizzas to "help out" when asked about what happened to the pizza. The manager said it was perfect and did not make another or refund the cost
of the charred, no sauce and lack of cheese pizza....maybe the manager should be washing dishes to help out instead or take a course on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service could use improvement. When we arrived there was a team member helping a customer with a take out order. The hostess came over and the people in front of us told her they had 8 people in their party.
“8 people?, I’ll have to put two tables together”. She walked away without saying anything else. Meanwhile the team member is still trying to figure out the takeout order, a second team member came to help and the first left without asking if we had been helped. The hostess came back still looking unbelievably unimpressed with life and her job, and seated the people in front of us. The team member is still trying to figure out the take out order, it’s almost been 5 minutes since we arrived. Finally, the hostess comes back and walks right past us and approaches a skip the dish guy who has newly entered the scene. My Mom at this point, who is hungry and had enough of waiting walks in from of her and says “we’d like a table for 3 outside please”. The hostess says “if you want to sit outside you need to go through the bar”. Turns around and walks away. We walked into the bar, both team members are involved in conversation. After a few minutes one of them told us we could seat ourselves. The sever came to our table and asked if we wanted drinks, we asked for a menu and for the table to be cleaned. The food was fine as it always is, it took almost and hour to get it after we sat down. Don’t think I’d go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in on a Monday afternoon (May 16th) and the food and service was excellent. I received an email for a birthday dessert last month and the server helped me redeem it. She was lovely and quick. Definitely would recommend this BPs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our waitstaff was incredibly friendly and kind, but got distracted from our table for quite a long time towards the end of the meal. I couldn't flag them down thanks to the layout of the restaurant, so I ended up just waiting for them. I think it was just a "that day" kind of issue :) it's a very nice place to sit with the kiddo, and have a bite to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet when we went in. There was about 8 of us for a Mom's Night Out. Happy hour pricing and servings are very reasonable. Staff we dealt with wasn't maybe as knowledgeable as some, but they still did a good job ensuring we got what we needed eventually. Been there before Covid once, was satisfied with service and ambience then too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I had a great visit here a little bit ago for a date. We enjoyed the nachos which were sizeable for the price. We also tried the blackberry quencher which was delicious. The service was okay, but other than that everything was great! We will happily return in the future.
