โ โ โ โ โ Huge Portions! Iโve lived close by for years but this place honestly didnโt look like it would be good, the inside isnโt the nicest looking, but sans Covid I ordered for pickup, meal for 2 with ginger beef and bbq pork Shanghai noodles. Thought it was expensive but the portions are absolutely huge! The meal for 2 is a meal for 4-5 people. Wonton soup was decent, spring rolls were crispy. Ginger beef had a lot of flavor, Shanghai noodles had a lot of pork and cabbage they need more carrots though. Iโll be ordering her again, and the bbq pork buns are homemade and very delicious!

โ โ โ โ โ Called and made a pick up order close to my work made the wrong order then refuse to re-make or even change one ingredient worst first time and last time I ever go there.
To add was not busy no one in the restaurant at the time still denied a simple solution

โ โ โ โ โ Maybe the worst food I've had in years. The food was all over-cooked, tasteless and terrible.
"Spicey" Mapo Tofu was bland and lacked sub stance.
Assorted Meat with Mixed Green Chow Mein, soggy and starchy.
Stir Fried Mixed Greens, only badly cut broccoli and onion. Terrible texture and no flavour.
It takes a lot for me to throw out food, but after just trying a little of each, I did.

Service was ok...I went in an started to order my take out food, then another customer came in and she stopped serving me and went to help them cause they were repeat customers 10 minutes later she comes back to finish taking my order. Then before my food gets ordered she asks me to pay which was...whatever ?โโ๏ธ
Then, I go to pay and she added a $2.00 tip??
I had to ask cause I tried to proceed without paying the (added tip) she had to cancel the transaction and then asked if I was sure I didn't want to tip... ?โโ๏ธ
I said No thank you.
After all that, she wasn't very friendly...another customer came in behind me and he said the same thing...why do I have to tip??
Well, food was ok...not to sure if I'll go back.

โ โ โ โ โ Heard good things about Harvest, so decided to give it a try. Ordered the dinner for 6 at 5pm on a Saturday, with an 80 min estimated delivery time. At the 2 hour mark we tried calling the restaurant for an update - took 5 tries before someone answered, then another 10 minutes on hold before they told me it was on its way and immediately hung up. Took another hour after that before the food finally arrived (3 hours+ later). Food itself was good, albeit not the warmest once it finally arrived and they forgot one dish. Great that they are busy, but should not be taking orders without notice that it will be a 3 hour wait.

โ โ โ โ โ This was our go to place for Chinese food, close, good food in the neighbourhood. However the last 2-3 times the service has been absolutely horrible. The delivery's were exceeding 2 1/2 hours and usually 35-50 minutes after their posted delivery times, we just live 5-7 blocks away. Also the order was wrong last time we ordered. So i called them to inquire it was wrong and why it takes so long. The person on the other end had no clue who the manger was, all he could say is this have one driver. He said the manger would call me back and that was January 1st. Its is now January 14 and still nothing. They clearly dont care about customer service or returning customers. We liked this place but we will have to move on to a place that does.
