M	Michael Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic customer service and and the best pizzas of any Pizza Hut location in Calgary. ——— We ordered a whole bunch of pizzas, breadsticks, and wings for a small outdoor gathering and had it delivered; the customer service representative I spoke to at the store was super helpful and courteous. She made sure my order was correct and that it would be delivered on time. Despite being a large order ($170 worth of pizza and sides) the delivery driver made sure everything was brought to me hot and on-time. The pizzas were fantastic; everyone enjoyed them. The crust was very airy and crisp, and the toppings were plentiful. The wings were delicious and fresh. I can’t praise this location enough, amazing customer service and great pizza, probably the best Pizza Hut in Calgary!
T	Tara Woroschuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is terrible. Cinnabons just looked sad and apparently garlic parm wings come as just breaded, no flavor, sauce is an extra addition you need to ask for. Over priced considering you can go elsewhere and pay 5$ for better quality.

My house is less than 5 minutes away from pizza hut Order made at 2.16, estimated delivery 2.41 Writing this review at 3.01 and order is not here yet!!! Called them and they said the driver got lost! And he had more orders to deliver! Shouldn’t they go by the closest to the farthest?! 3.04 the driver calls and says “ don’t worry ma’am, I am on my way, another 5 minutes” So still waiting to post the review! Finally the driver is here at 3.14 , more then 45 minutes since he left the store!!!!! Of course saggy pizza!!!! Being in the box for all that time!!!!!!!
M	Mireille on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is always terrible lol don’t know why I keep trying especially after the last time I had to call and the manager told me to F off and didn’t care if I ever ordered from Pizza Hut again. Last order was over 80 bucks and the pizza and flat bread were both burnt to a crisp and cold so that’s talented. The wings were wrong flavour for one order , no flavour on another order and the large order was some sort of watered down butter so the wings were actually soggy. Maybe the cook was mad at the world. And the cookie had been put under the pop and was smashed up when we got it lol I give up

The most recent...ordered the cinnamon rolls which came with zero cream. They were dry as a bone. Don't bother informing Pizza Hut of any complaint either. They always ignore your concern, never responding. With the pizza competition out there, you would think that they would care to provide some sort of service to keep their customers. Not the case with Pizza Hut!
S	Sudhish Pai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Experience. Avoid this place. My experience with Pizza Hut has gone down the drain over the past three episodes at this location. At this location they take a medium size pizza and stretched it to a large to save dough and cut corners. As if that was not enough, the pizza lacked flavor, compromised on cheese, the sauce and toppings. Moreover the bread sticks lacked flavor and were unbaked. I launched a complaint with Pizza Hut last Sunday. I have not heard from anyone. Why go to this place when there are others who are vying for your business. I wish someone from Corporate is making notes. The telephone lines at this location do not work and the place is reeking with absolutely no regard for social distancing and masks. If I could give 1/2 a star I would have. The manager and the crew are absolutely nonchalant and least bothered about customer service. I think they are just billing the owner for hours...and biding time. Avoid this location at all costs!!
R	RW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like cheese, or pizza, avoid this location at all costs. Trust me, I love pizza and have never complained about a pizza before. But I felt compelled to leave this review because what I received was ridiculous - see pictures. Order was double pepperoni, extra mozzarella super Hawaiian, chicken lovers, and supreme.
