★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most definitely the best fried chicken I have had in a long while. The staff that are there is very friendly and most welcoming. I think the business is good as well as the food. Kitchen staff know what they are about and a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some or the best pizza I have ever had. You can tell they know pizza . And friendly service owner is great took the time to talk to me and that goes a long way. Explained to me his recipe of cheeses and sauce . Not like those other pizza places where they throw it together without care and attention to details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great!! The pizzas are fantastic. But they also have burgers etc even ice cream. They will definitely be seeing me again. Bonus...they do have gluten-free pizza crusts!! Koodo's to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really great experience here. Lots of items made in-house. The staff was all pleasent. Would recommend or go again! We ordered the bacon cheeseburger and added banana peppers. Excellent crust!

Delivery was quick (they advised one hour and delivered in about 40 minutes), but the quality of the food was lacking.
Cheeseburger pizza was short on cheese and the ground beef was really dry due to the overcooking. The loaded Hawaiian was also dry and short on toppings. Also not particularly full of flavour.
For the price, not a great value. Definitely not the worst pizza I've ever had, but lots of room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up lunch today. Was recommended a great pizza, but I forgot the name of it. Pepperoni above and below along with locally produced bacon. It can’t get more local than this. It was ready for pick up on time. The staff were very friendly. I don’t need to get pizza anywhere else in Port Alberni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In our search for a good pizza in town, we have tried some other locally owned pizza places here in Port Alberni and Pizza Factory wins hands down.
We ordered the Hot Bacon Delight and it was really good, the crust was delightfully crispy and the toppings were generous. Also the Funnel Fries are bomb! :)
