They are good at selling their product but I have asked them for advice three times. It is sold to close is algaecide nothing to change the water is always green

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Déplorable, nous avons du reprendre le travail au complet c'était comme s'il n'avais rien fait, il ne c'est jamais offert de finir le travail en disant qu'on devait faire notre part sinon c'était plus chère.

Ils n'ont pas manifesté leur arrivée/présence/départ.
Nous avons 2 portes de clôture avec des cadenas en tout temps. Ils ont défait les cadenas pour entrer dans la cours, et n'ont rien remis en place en partant. Mon chien est parti.
Nous avons manqué du travail pour la chercher partout. La fermeture de notre piscine nous a coûté extrêmement cher...
La dame au téléphone de Piscine Lemaire à la comptabilité tenait son bout, mordicus, que c'est uniquement de ma faute si j'ai perdu mon chien car je n'ai pas vérifié mes portes avant de la sortir. Je répète ici que mes portes sont cadenassées en tout temps. Super fâchant de me faire dire qu'ils ne sont aucunement responsable, ils n'ont pas à refermer les portes en partant, et que service a été rendu. "vous auriez dû savoir qu'on était là". Ça aurait pu être un enfant, pas juste un chien.
Je ne recommande aucunement leurs services.
They made us lose our dog. They left a closing gate wide open.
They did not show their arrival / presence / departure.
We have 2 fence doors with padlocks at all times. They undid the padlocks to enter the yard, and did not put anything back in place when leaving. My dog is gone.
We ran out of work to look for her everywhere. The closure of our swimming pool cost us extremely ...
The lady on the phone from Piscine Lemaire to the accounts department was adamant that it was only my fault that I lost my dog because I did not check my doors before taking her out. I repeat here that my doors are padlocked at all times. Super annoying to be told that they are in no way responsible, they do not have to close the doors when leaving, and that a service has been rendered. "you should have known we were here". It could have been a child, not just a dog.
I do not recommend their services in any way.
