They always kept me up to date with what was happening during the Installation, all the workers were able to answer any of my questions. They took the time to explain me anything I wanted to know. Very knowledgeable staff. They were just as helpful after my pool was installed and I had questions.
All in all great experience.

Simply put, team Ouellet like what they do and they are good at it, they will go to impress you every time. They are very professional and trustworthy so highly recommended without reservation. While we know most construction teams are extremely busy in Covid times, it could be one improvement I can think of, if call/email back time is improved especially when if things get off schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had email confirmation for 8am to show me how to use the vacuum, then 12 noon, no show, no phone call when you have other plans this is not good. Website says open on Saturday’s till 5 then the message says they are closed.
