He is an exceptional business man that pays attention to customer care. I highly recommend purchasing from his locations so you will have a worry free experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opened my pool almost 3 weeks ago and have been going to pioneer pool to get help from them to figure out why my pool wasn’t holding any chlorine and why it was cloudy. They just kept telling me to add this chemical and that chemical and didn’t seem like they knew what they were talking about! After hundreds of dollars I went to another pool store and they tested my water and my phosphates were really high which was causing the chlorine to disappear and the cloudy pool! $40 later the pool is better after adding phosfree! If pioneer pool would’ve told me my phosphates were high almost 3 weeks ago I wouldn’t of had to spend hundreds of dollars trying to get it balanced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a hot tub in June of 2021. When we first received the hot tub we had some difficulty in balancing the chemical levels so we sought advice. This advice was met with multiple different stories depending on who you spoke with. Simply put there were alot of people to assist but the actual training and education was missing! We were even informed not to speak with this certain group of staff by one of the senior people working there! Today was the final straw when I was knowingly lied to. A salesperson just filling time with explanations I knew to be untrue. When I asked the individual to stop with the bull#### and leave me to deal with it on my own, I became the problem to them. Their lies and misdirection wasn't the issue my frustration was. Customer service has gone here to die!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a note to say I was so impressed with Reece's work and dedication to fixing our hot tub. He came when the weather was less than desirable with rain/snow mix and never complained. Reece explained what needed to be done and he did a fantastic job at repairing the hot tub. Just wanted to let you know what a great, knowledgeable and personable guy you have working for you.

They were so fast and cleaned up after themselves. They got me all set up and made sure I understood everything before leaving. You can't beat Pioneer's staff and follow through. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never posted a review, however in this case I felt the work of Carrie and Jordan at Pioneer Family Pools & Spas, Barrie location cannot go unrecognized. Their product knowledge and customer service was second to none. They both were very helpful in answering all my newbie pool questions and went above and beyond by providing product information and direction for set up. I have not seen this type of genuine, honest service in a very long time and it was very refreshing to see it still exists. For all your pool and hot tub service needs I highly recommend you go to Barrie Pioneer Family Pools and Spas and see Carrie or Jordan, they will not disappoint!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a quick note to put the spotlight on Carrie Teeter at Pioneer Pools in Barrie. We’ve been working closely with Carrie to maintain and improve our pool for some time. At the end of last season she coordinated a new liner order/install. As always, everything was well planned and the communication was excellent! Carrie always returns messages promptly and is very knowledgeable about her products and services. We’ve just opened our pool, and of course I had questions for Carrie to get the salt levels correct. She was patient and helpful as always. We appreciate her efforts and enjoy working with her!
