D	Denyce Boosamra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food bank is awesome however in the winter there so needs to be something better set up so people don't have to freeze waiting for the food and their spot in line. I have such bad circulation in my toes and fingers from frost bite and being out there for 45 minutes sometimes or more starts to become quite unbearable. I've almost been in tears a few times. I really wish barrie would make a grand mall like west ed and use one of our malls as partial shelter and food bank and soup kitchen and counseling services and rehab services all lumped right there in a mall. People could be warm in the winter for all things they need to take care of, christmas cheer, everything. Maybe what they can do also is a ticket system so people have their spot in line and number called. No one freezes and no ones steals anyone's cart cause couple weeks ago I had a single man take my family cart and I got his single cart and alot of what I asked for was missing and in the cart he took such as kids school snacks and the big bag of dog food I needed. Also solves the issue of fighting. Last two times I came there, there was a fight and argument about the weather and spots in line. The food bank has always done a courtesy thing with leaving your bag in the line to hold your spot so you may stay warm in the vehicle and some people get irate which I don't agree with. It should be allowed or something else should implemented.

It was sooooo nice to see it the kindness & the smiles, everything I almost lost hope for everything. When I got home to put everything away I couldn’t stop crying & smiling. I am sooooo incredibly touched by this experience I just loved it, So, a VERY BIG THANK U to all of u that makes this happen, your smiles & your kindnesses I will never forget u all. I thought Christmas was going to be a sad time but u all made it sooooooooo much better.. BIG HUGS to u all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxooooooo Thank u thank u thank u ???
